Yoga teachers are not in competition with each other, as we are all enthused about sharing the practice for YOU to get the benefits most appropriate to YOU – and I can wholeheartedly recommend the following teachers, if any of these are more suitable or local to where you are based. As a teacher and practitioner my primary motivation is to reveal and promote the life transformative benefits of a regular practice and treatments to everybody and to spread the word and pass it on to all.
